5. Fees & Payments

Service fees charged by Schengen Assist are for consultation, documentation guidance, and assistance services only.

Service fees:

• Do not influence embassy decisions

• Are generally non-refundable once services have been initiated

Unless explicitly stated, service fees do not include third-party charges such as:

• Embassy fees

• Visa application center charges (VFS / BLS / TLS)

• Courier charges

• Travel insurance fees

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Once service work has commenced, service fees are non-refundable
