1. Nature of Service
Schengen Assist provides documentation guidance, application preparation support, and consultation services related to international travel applications.
Schengen Assist is a private assistance service operated by Social Sutra Digital and is not a government authority, embassy, consulate, or visa-issuing body.
We are not affiliated with any visa application center, including but not limited to VFS Global, BLS International, or TLScontact.
All visa decisions and approvals are made solely by the respective embassies or government authorities.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Fees paid for the following services are non-refundable:
Consultation sessions (completed or partially completed)
Document checklist preparation
Document review services
Application guidance after work has commenced
File preparation and documentation organization services
Once the service process begins, service fees cannot be refunded.
Service initiation may include but is not limited to:
Document checklist preparation
Consultation calls
File review
Appointment assistance initiation
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
Duplicate payment made by the client
Payment completed but service not initiated within 72 hours
Cancellation request received before documentation review or consultation begins
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
4. Government and Third-Party Fees
Any payments made to third parties such as embassies, consulates, visa application centers (including VFS Global, BLS International, or TLScontact), courier services, or travel insurance providers are not part of Schengen Assist service fees.
These fees are governed by the policies of the respective organizations and are not refundable through Schengen Assist.
5. Visa Decisions
Schengen Assist does not guarantee visa approval.
Service fees are charged for professional guidance and documentation assistance only and are independent of visa application outcomes.
Visa refusals, embassy delays, or appointment unavailability do not qualify for refunds.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, Schengen Assist reserves the right to suspend ongoing services and provide relevant service records to the payment provider until the dispute is resolved.
