Thank you for choosing our documentation guidance services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a payment.

1. Nature of Service

We provide documentation guidance, file review, and consultation services related to international travel applications.
We do not issue government documents and are not affiliated with any embassy or authority.


2. Non-Refundable Services

Fees paid for the following services are non-refundable:

  • Consultation sessions (completed or partially completed)
  • Document review and checklist preparation
  • Application guidance once work has started
  • File preparation services

Once the service process begins, the fee cannot be refunded.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by the client
  • Payment made but service not initiated within 72 hours
  • Service cancellation request before documentation review begins

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.


4. Government Fees

Any fees paid to third parties including VFS, embassies, or government authorities are strictly non-refundable and subject to their policies.


5. Visa Decisions

We do not guarantee approval of any travel application.
Service fees are for professional guidance and are not linked to application outcomes.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, we reserve the right to suspend ongoing services until the dispute is resolved.

Clients are encouraged to contact our support team before raising disputes.
