Fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing
Any third-party fees (embassy fees, VFS/BLS charges, courier fees, etc.) are not included unless mentioned
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued
If a service is cancelled before initiation, refund eligibility (if any) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
Delays or rejections caused by embassies do not qualify for refunds
